We work alongside businesses to support and assist them throughout the internationalization process, from market selection to commercial agreements, leveraging our contacts abroad (gourmet stores, online sales channels, distributors, restaurants, and hotels).
For years, we have collaborated with Italian and international entities and institutions, as well as major national private players.

Our mission is to intercept foods with a strong personality to make them savored by all our people to recognize the excellence that the Sicilian territory expresses. Because eating well should not be an exception, but a ritual that is repeated every day. Curiosity takes us to the sea, to the mountains, to small towns and big cities, wherever food has a story to tell, to meet, taste, learn.
Thanks to passion and study we have come into contact with authentic local producers, who best interpret their territory. The result of our research is a range of products with different characteristics and origins, but with one thing in common: quality.
To support SMEs and cluster members in identifying their needs and setting up plans for innovation, R&D and technology transfer in the fields of food technologies, traceability, product/process innovation, microbiology, food safety and sustainability.
The support is provided by means of R&D projects building, demonstration/TT activities, training and education and fund raising.
