This bar of chocolate is made from Gran Nativo Blanco cocoa beans, an elegant blend with a high percentage of Creole cocoa, grown in small cultivations in the district of San Juan de Bigotte, in the Piura region of North Peru. A chocolate with a sweetly acidic and delicate flavour.

Available in the 45g format.
