Climate: warm temperate. Altitude: 60 M above sea level. Grape variety: 100% Nero D''avola. Winemaking technique: partial maceration of the must with the skins. Maturation: in tank 4-5 months. Refinement: in bottle for 3-4 months. Alcohol content: 13.50°-14%. Pairings: grouper alla marinara, semi-mature cheeses and more.
Serving Temperature: 14-16°C. Storage: bottle lying down at a constant temperature of 15-16°C.
Color: bright coral pink. Aromas: intense bouquet on the nose, with fruity aromas. Taste: fresh, savoury with hints of small red fruits.
